Course
The loop for the 100 miler will be ~20miles. So, for the 100M you will need to complete 5 loops. Each loop will consist of a river crossing and a spillway crossing. Depending on the weather...the river crossing may be waist high. As for the spillway, it will only be ankle deep. The loop is NOT FLAT! There are hills. Elevation profile in the works.

Aid Stations
There will be 3 major aid stations stocked with all types of munchies. You will actually run into AS 1 twice so really there are 4 AS plus the start/finish. They are roughly 5 to 6 miles apart. AS 2 will be a drop bag/crew accessible AS. This one will be right after the river crossing.
As for the 50M and 50K you will have a out and back loop that will bring you back to the start and then proceed with the 100Miler loop. 50Milers will not have to do the out and back on there second loop.
Volunteers
If you are not able to run then why not volunteer!!
